Integrity and transparency
We aim to conduct business honestly, transparently and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We seek to provide customers and partners with clear information concerning product origin, specifications, commercial terms and the roles of participants in the supply chain.
Nordic Fertilizer Hub does not present itself as a fertilizer manufacturer. Customer-specific products are manufactured by our approved production partners according to customer specifications.
Responsible sourcing
We seek to develop supply relationships with producers, traders, logistics providers and processing partners capable of meeting applicable quality, documentation and regulatory requirements.
When evaluating a supply route, relevant considerations may include product quality and consistency, traceability, documentation, regulatory conformity, responsible labour and business practices, environmental considerations and supply-chain reliability. Commercial price is important, but it is not the only factor.
Anti-corruption and fair business conduct
Nordic Fertilizer Hub does not accept bribery, improper payments, fraud or other forms of corruption. We expect business negotiations to be based on legitimate commercial considerations and fair contractual relationships.
We respect confidential customer, supplier and pricing information and do not knowingly misuse information received in the course of business.
Product responsibility
As an independent trader and sourcing partner, NFH does not replace the legal responsibilities of manufacturers, importers or other economic operators.
Our role is to coordinate the commercial supply process and request appropriate documentation from suppliers and production partners. Depending on the product and transaction, this may include technical specifications, Certificates of Analysis, batch identification, traceability information, conformity documentation and other information required for the intended market.
Environmental responsibility
Fertilizer production and international logistics have an environmental impact. We therefore seek to consider origin, transport routes, handling requirements, supply continuity and applicable environmental regulation when developing commercial supply solutions.
Where commercially and technically feasible, we seek to avoid unnecessary transport, handling and duplication within the supply chain.
Respect for people
We support the principles of fair treatment, dignity and non-discrimination.
We expect the people and organisations with whom we cooperate to respect applicable labour standards, human rights and workplace safety requirements.
